All shiping is handled by PostNL. Please make sure that your address details are correct as a wrong address can result in miss ship and we can't take responsibility for this. If something needs to be corrected in the details of your address please inform us by mail via email@example.com prior to placing the order or immediately after ordering. If your order is shipped as "parcel" (package) instead of "mail post" you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow some days for shipping. We aim to ship the orders twice a week. This will happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but since we mostly do it ourselves, please bare with us and keep this info in mind whilst ordering our products. Needless to say; it's absolutely worth the wait.
